Full written post / accessibility read

Run a small operator drill. Show an Approved badge beside a failed access attempt. Ask an agent for repairs. It may suggest repainting the badge, retrying the job or bypassing a policy check.

A UI change affects presentation. A retry affects delivery. A policy bypass changes authorization. The same visible symptom cannot tell the operator which intervention is safe.

In this illustrative trace, policy allowed the request and the entitlement job failed before application. A bounded replay with the same intent identity is a candidate repair; a bypass is not.

Require the agent to state which receipt it expects to change, then read the actual entitlement. Keep a negative policy case green. Do this because repair quality depends on locating the fault, not generating more code.

Four-beat scene transcript

1. Three plausible fixes. One actual fault.

Run a small operator drill. Show an Approved badge beside a failed access attempt. Ask an agent for repairs. It may suggest repainting the badge, retrying the job or bypassing a policy check.

Visual: The screenshot shows Approved; the customer is denied.

2. Each patch changes a different thing.

A UI change affects presentation. A retry affects delivery. A policy bypass changes authorization. The same visible symptom cannot tell the operator which intervention is safe.

Visual: Without receipts, none is justified.

3. Reveal the event trace.

In this illustrative trace, policy allowed the request and the entitlement job failed before application. A bounded replay with the same intent identity is a candidate repair; a bypass is not.

Visual: The proposed fixture records policy yes, effect job failed.

4. Evidence narrows the repair.

Require the agent to state which receipt it expects to change, then read the actual entitlement. Keep a negative policy case green. Do this because repair quality depends on locating the fault, not generating more code.

Visual: Prove the corrected effect and protect denial cases.

Research and claim limits

The examples identified as illustrative or simulated are design probes, not reported incidents. Vendor specifications do not establish workload performance.
