Context should follow the decision.

Context should follow the decision.

Missed trigger, stale memory, false source and opaque effect.

Count interventions, misses, holds and accepted cases.

My rule: Retire roles that become bureaucracy.

Full written post / accessibility read

Domain roles, durable memory, retrieval and service permissions can form a useful workflow. A specialist raises the current exception at cutover; the host verifies it; the service enforces authority; a person owns unresolved policy.

Do not collapse these into agent accuracy. Test delivery, invalidation, source binding, case scope and target readback separately. A message protocol moves claims; it does not decide their truth.

Compare a role-based path with improved retrieval and a simpler deterministic gate on the same protected cases. Include reviewer attention, maintenance and recovery. Re-evaluate after policy, model or source changes.

Do that because the objective is a better decision, not an agent org chart. Inject current sourced facts at consequential boundaries, enforce in the service and remove any extra layer that cannot earn its cost.

Four-beat scene transcript

1. Context should follow the decision.

Domain roles, durable memory, retrieval and service permissions can form a useful workflow. A specialist raises the current exception at cutover; the host verifies it; the service enforces authority; a person owns unresolved policy.

Visual: Not every worker needs every organization's history.

2. Each layer has a failure mode.

Do not collapse these into agent accuracy. Test delivery, invalidation, source binding, case scope and target readback separately. A message protocol moves claims; it does not decide their truth.

Visual: Missed trigger, stale memory, false source and opaque effect.

3. Make the operating loop measurable.

Compare a role-based path with improved retrieval and a simpler deterministic gate on the same protected cases. Include reviewer attention, maintenance and recovery. Re-evaluate after policy, model or source changes.

Visual: Count interventions, misses, holds and accepted cases.

4. Keep a clear exit path.

Do that because the objective is a better decision, not an agent org chart. Inject current sourced facts at consequential boundaries, enforce in the service and remove any extra layer that cannot earn its cost.

Visual: Retire roles that become bureaucracy.

Research and claim limits

The examples identified as illustrative or simulated are design probes, not reported incidents. Vendor specifications do not establish workload performance.
