Put the same fictional migration cases through top-k search, a long prompt, improved retrieval and a steward packet. Each lane reaches the same cutover gate. The artwork changes; the acceptance rule does not.
A route that always says hold is not safe enough; it creates false blocks after resolution. A route that always says go misses new exceptions. A missing source should become unknown with an owner.
For each lane, record the current source version that reached the worker, the host decision, service denial or acceptance, and the external target state. Keep the source labels independent of model outputs.
Do that because the business pays for wrong cutovers, unnecessary holds and review time. Select the least complex route that meets the protected cases, then retest after source or model changes.
