Full written post / accessibility read
The before card says, ready to migrate. It sounds useful and tells the worker almost nothing. Which customer, which cohort, which source revision, and who owns the exception?
The after card names migration two fourteen, cohort seven, reconciliation revision twelve, open hold and data-integrity owner. That is enough for the host to fetch the record without flooding the worker with a transcript.
Have the host resolve the protected record, recompute its digest and verify the exception is still open. A packet about another cohort or an expired revision must not become permission.
Do that because concise context helps only when it carries the governing condition. Put the source-linked exception at the action boundary and let the service confirm current authority.
