Put evidence in the handoff. The relevant exception arrives after the patch. Require evidence receipt and outcome test. #EricFieldNotes

Full written post / accessibility read

RAG works when a worker knows what to query. A new agent editing an auth path may never ask about an old tenant revocation exception. A specialist role with durable reviewed memory can recognize the change and send the relevant constraint before the decision.

If the exception appears only in a long archive or a post-run summary, the worker may have already merged a general revocation rule. The team then reconstructs why one tenant behaves differently and repeats tests. Timing is part of information quality.

Have the security-context agent subscribe to revocation changes. It sends a compact card with the exact tenant constraint, source link, last review date, policy owner and old-token denial test. The supervisor records recipient acknowledgement before the protected action.

Trigger specialist messages from consequential events, not a generic memory dump. Block the decision if the required fact is unacknowledged, then run the associated test. Do this because context that arrives after the action is merely an incident note.

Four-beat scene transcript

1. Put evidence in the handoff.

RAG works when a worker knows what to query. A new agent editing an auth path may never ask about an old tenant revocation exception. A specialist role with durable reviewed memory can recognize the change and send the relevant constraint before the decision.

Visual: Retrieval cannot fetch the question nobody asks.

2. A late summary cannot save the release.

If the exception appears only in a long archive or a post-run summary, the worker may have already merged a general revocation rule. The team then reconstructs why one tenant behaves differently and repeats tests. Timing is part of information quality.

Visual: The relevant exception arrives after the patch.

3. Send one bounded receipt.

Have the security-context agent subscribe to revocation changes. It sends a compact card with the exact tenant constraint, source link, last review date, policy owner and old-token denial test. The supervisor records recipient acknowledgement before the protected action.

Visual: Source, owner, freshness, required test and acknowledgement.

4. Push when the decision is live.

Trigger specialist messages from consequential events, not a generic memory dump. Block the decision if the required fact is unacknowledged, then run the associated test. Do this because context that arrives after the action is merely an incident note.

Visual: Require evidence receipt and outcome test.

Research and claim limits

The examples identified as illustrative or simulated are design probes, not reported incidents. Vendor specifications do not establish workload performance.
