Full written post / accessibility read

Print five short rules under the MCP, UHP draft, and substrate strips. Separation, substrate review, additive job surfaces, residual inventory, no false stand-ins. The card is useless if the diagram disappears.

Give the substrate strip two badges: flag floor and microVM ceiling. Reviewers pick one badge per system. Mixing badges without saying so is how false equivalence sneaks in.

Under the job strip, add meters for journal replay completeness and human review minutes. Finished is not the only green.

Close the card with the working rule in teal. It is opinion, labeled as such, and it is the habit I want the team to keep.
