I highlight every quantitative claim in a draft. For each, I mark vendor claim, measured here, or synthesis. Anything unmarked cannot enter a security signoff packet.
If a sentence says MCP solves permissions, I strike it or rewrite it to host enforcement. That is a mechanical edit that protects the evidence boundary.
I reject internal notes that say UHP is ready without draft status and date. Ready needs a conformance story we do not have yet.
The article table of tested versus untested is the drill made durable. Readers should leave with the same boundaries I used while writing.
